No cookies, no local storage
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no advertising tracker, no session recording and no heatmap.
Data processed
- Technical logs of the host: IP address, date and time, page requested. Purpose: security and correct operation of the site.
- Cookieless audience measurement: pages viewed and source of the visit, with no personal identifier and no profiling.
- Enquiries received by email, WhatsApp or phone: contact details and the content of the exchange, processed solely in order to reply.
- Requests sent through the proposal form: name, organisation, email, phone, type of client, area concerned, context, deadline, tender reference, indicative budget and any attachment. Purpose: to answer the request and, if it proceeds, to constitute the assignment file.
Recipients
Data is accessible to the firm and its technical providers: the site host, the provider that sends the form messages, the audience-measurement provider and the mailbox provider. No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside Morocco
Some providers may be established outside Morocco. Under law 09-08, any transfer of data abroad requires prior authorisation from the CNDP. The status of those authorisations is being verified with counsel.
Retention
Requests received, through the form or any other channel, are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. This period is to be confirmed with counsel. Host logs follow the host’s own retention period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and object. To exercise it, write to us by email or phone, stating the purpose of your request.
CNDP references
The reference numbers of the declaration receipts from the CNDP will be published here as soon as they are issued.
Applicable law
Processing is described against Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) is taken into account for people residing in the European Union.
