    A Moroccan economist, he has worked for more than thirty years on development models and sector strategies, with governments, development institutions and companies. His practice combines economic analysis, programme design and change management.

    Former business-organisation leader within CGEM and the SME representation, a university educator for several decades, an entrepreneur and a contributor to strategic assignments alongside international consulting teams.

    As an entrepreneur himself, Dr Hammad Kassal also understands the day-to-day realities of running a business: commercial development, organisation, quality, markets, financing and growth.

    The firm is a one-person practice: every assignment is conducted by the founder, with no intermediary team.
